Blocking the number will not work. They call from the following numbers ( a quick Google search shows they use dozens of different numbers). None of these numbers are actually theirs, they are likely just setting the outgoing ID to these and using some internet VOIP technology.

The FCC needs to go after these clowns. Reporting one at a time will not get anywhere. They are sophisticated and know what they are doing.
I got one of these calls from 415-612-2727. It was a robo-call claiming to be from Google+ business regarding some "issue" with my (non-existent) Google+ Business Website and to press "1" to speak to a representative. I hung up. I agree with Duane, the FCC or law enforcement needs to get these guys.
I am on a do not call list.
I add them to reject list and they use another number. I would never do biz with this type of harassing introduction.
