I got the same thing and wanted to know what the scam is ? The mans name Is Howard Adams and the number is 206-984-1643 that he wanted me to call. He claims hes sending my a check in the mail before I even start my "duties" but Im not stupid Im not depositing this check into my bank account. I just wished would get a life and job and stop trying to take avantage of innocent job seeking people!

This was his message to me. Note that he starts with calling himself Scott, but then calls himself Steve. He is also dumb enough to say he is in California, but his area code is in Florida as previous people pointed out. I traced his domain name and found this Adams guy to be in Washington. I went ahead and called the number I found and left him a message. The number is also on the web site given in the phoney job offer. I wonder if this Adams guy is dumb enough to participate in this scam.

The scam, I'm sure, is to send phoney checks and then have you send some of the money back. By the time the check is found to be fraudulent. you've overdrawn your account. Quite clever.
