Yep this is a scam to get your email address. I called the number for Victoria Johns and got same message as Andy. They wanted an application without seeing the property.
Received an inquiry through Zillow for a rental property I own w/ name of Victoria John @ 415-662-8005 wanting rental application and my contact info without seeing the property.
