There are many legitimate businesses that operate with a PO Box as a mailing address, especially if they are in a business that deals with vindictive subjects who were denied leases because of all of the dirt that was found on them, such as unlawful detainers (eviction) and even very serious criminal history such as rape, aggravated assault and murder.
I am very happy with the service they have provided for our property management company.
