How did you find this site? I found it when I googled a phone number that was harassing me, trying to find the owner. Is that what you did? Or did you just google the phone number of a company you were already doing business with?

Well now Cindy please, you really expect us to believe you? It seems strange that the address listed on this company's website is in reality a UPS store. Nice neighborhood though, how long does it take to drive from the seedy part of town over the railroad tracks to get your mail?
Not surprisingly I went back five pages in a Google search and did not find them. They did however come up on Yahoo, not that it means anything.
You just couldn't keep silent and thought you should do the honorable thing and come defend this company? So how much did they say they were going to pay you, and my next question would be "Did the check bounce?".
Cindy is correct. I got the same email from one of my Zillow listings and ended up here. Now that I see that it is a promotion for Private Eye Reports, I can tell you for certain that this definitely not a scam. I have used this company now for the past 4 years, and I have found their reporting to be FAR SUPERIOR to anything else that is available. Most tenant screening companies lack current information about our applicants and they don't provide nationwide information, nearly to the extent that I have received so many times with this service.

I challenge anyone to try it out for themselves and you will then come to appreciate how having such key information that we need to make those critical decisions on our rental applications is so important. I can't tell you how many times they have saved my neck by uncovering criminal history, judgments, evictions, eloquent credit accounts, recent bankruptcy filings, and tax liens, just to name a few.
