Same thing, they asked me general info, I just answered like, are you interested in getting more info about schools, highest education level, year I was born, etc.
Then they ask me what is it you want to do with a degree or whatnot, and I answered then... I got no reply.. So I hung up and called back, just a machine answer, saying their education specialists are unavailable at the moment and to press 1 if I don't want to be on their do not call list.
Very shady, but they can't do anything with that basic info. Not after all my accounts are two step authenticated.
