two different people, both with heavy middle-eastern accents, claimed to be calling from the IRS. The call is to a gentleman who lost the business to the IRS in 2008. Left messages for this person to call back immediately regarding back taxes owed.

Message Left on Voice Mail: A man with a strong, unclear, foreign accent stated his name is "Jack Langston from the IRS, Internal Revenue Service Department...number to his division is 415-691-7195. Received two messages from this number. Very heavy accent, sounds Middle Eastern and is asking that I or my attorney return the call immediately otherwise they will take legal action due to a deficiency in my income taxes. Did not call the number because I googled it and saw this posting. The IRS would never make a phone call with such serious matters!!!!
