Who called from 4156918835

Very odd, my phone did not ring at all. I was literally holding it in my hand when an alert popped up that I had a missed call. No message was left.

Same here.  All the above happened on my cell phone from the phone numbers, name and not ringing.  I called my insurance company direct and they said not to call back sounds like a scam so delete it is.

I just got the call.  It didn't even ring went straight to vm & he said it was Johnathan. I blocked the number.

A "Jonathan" called saying that it was extremely urgent, related to my health insurance policy, and that I should call back at another number. Spam.

Just got a call from (415) 691-8835. It was a recording claiming to be Charles returning my call about health insurance. Of course I never made any such call. He said to call him back at (657) 230-7525.
