Why do these idiots keep doing this to innocent people at work or at home?  They are bottom feeding scum suckers.

This must not only be an insurance company, but also a company that tracks people down for legal reasons.  I have gotten calls asking for a Quint Cooper on my cell phone. I answered today and it was the same voice that left messages. Told him I didn't know the person and to please stop calling this number.
