So I received this call from a number 415-691-8835. This is the transcript of the message left behind: "Hi! This is Jonathan. It's extremely important you call me back as soon as possible. It's about your health insurance policy. So call me back regarding your health insurance at as soon as you can at 657-230-7525. Again, that's 657-230-7525. Thanks." I already have health insurance and neither number is from them. This seems to be a scam. They should be reported to the police.
Left a voice message. Claimed I was looking for Health insurance (I wasn't). Message was similar to above but was from Charles. It went as follows:
Hello, this is Charles with an important alert regarding your search for health insurance. Your open enrollment has arrived, so beat the rush and avoid confusing websites. Call 657-230-7525 for your free quote. Again that number is 657-230-7525, thank you.
I called the number back, the guy answering the phone was a total dick. Asked me if I am "still looking for health insurance", when I tried to explain that I was just returning a call from this number he hung up. What a low life, and what kind of bottom feeders are these companies?
I just looked at my phone and had a missed call from this number. My phone identified it as a California number, but there was no name. It never rang and whoever it was left no message.
