Got 2 calls from this number concerning a court case and 3 complaints against my mother. No other information. Not who they are or who is filing the complaint. My mom's been dead 5 years and had moved out of California a year and a half before that. Something isn't right with these calls. I talked to two different people who hung up on me when I started questioning them.
I gave my Dad the number and the info I'd gotten. Got a call from Dad in the middle of typing this. He called them and found they were trying to collect on a payday loan my mother had taken out. Mom had never taken a payday loan out. Something rotten is definitely up.
Got a call from this number and was left a message regarding being involved in a child custody case. I have no child custody case and have no children that I would be fighting for custody for. I blocked the number from cell but now they are calling my office number. I am contacting the FCC and the FBI

Did you ever hear anything else. Did they ever send you papers to your home or work. They are threatening to do this. And they had some personal info like relatives names, old bank account, and my home address.
They keep leaving messages on my Answering machine at my house regarding my mom and regarding a decision for a custody matter involving her statement. None of which is true. They have called my house 4 to 5 times with this pre-recorded message. When they say the return number to call, they say it so fast it is hard to get it all down, but that is the number they reference. They also cite a case number which seems to change with every message left. This is fraud.

Almost every day I receive a call from (415) 763-0820 that advises they are some "Processing Center" and if I do not return the call they will turn over a claim to their client without my input. I try to return the call so they can get my input but they never accept the call and mailbox is full. I would love to actually speak to a person there in order to give them my input.
