This number has called my cell phone as well. I didn't answer as there have been several different numbers calling my phone since April. Instead, I google the number and find it listed such as this one with the same stories of threats and harassment tied to them. They have to be a scam with a random autodialer as I use a prepaid phone and the name listed on the account is Anonymous. It has never been listed with a creditor or anyone else. Please be careful not to give them your info as this is how they harass your families etc.

Got a call from Provisional Risk Services, the lady asked to verify my information, but since I did not recognized the company I told her to identify herself and the company, she refused to provide that information,so I refused to provide any information,and when I asked her if she was a police officer, a lawyer or a debt collector, she told me to get a lawyer and good luck.
They have been calling my husband, never leave a message, I told him not to answer and if he answers by mistake, not disclose any information, and tell them to send any claim or complain by email.
same as the other callers,never answered, just vm with heavily accented woman reading from a script. FYI, It has to be a scam because payday loans automatically debit from a checking or savings account.
