Selection to hear the message in different languages. Caller ID said San Francisco.
Said "blue shield CA" but why didn't they leave a message. Now days the only callers who hang up on my machine are the scammers. Sorry "blue shield CA" if you were a legitimate call then ya should leave a message. - Blocked
Got called twice on 6/3/16, 4:40 PM and 6:40 PM. Caller ID said Blue Shield CA. No message left 1st time. 2nd time, I picked up but said nothing. Line stayed connected about 45 seconds, no one said anything from their end, then they disconnected. Have to be spam/scam calls. If they really were Blue Shield, they would have left a message. I hate these calls!!
