Computer generated Voice claiming to be officer Nicki Johnson from IRS. In regards, to fake lawsuit filed by IRS etc. To call 415-799-8333. This is the 2nd attempt @ 12:30pm in the afternoon this call was made to my home # by the Scammer. The first was Thursday afternoon @ exactly 12:30pm.
I called them back to have a little fun.. by my third call they won't pick up anymore. I gave my name as Nick Johnson. They were not too bright. after a couple minutes I asked to speak with Agent Niki Jounson who called me.(female voice) guy said that he was Niki Johnson. I asked he if had a sex change. That is when I got cut off.. lol
Threatened me that the sheriff would be here in half hour to arrest me and seize my property.
Also, said I was being sued by IRS for 3000 for doing my taxes wrong for last 5 years. When I asked who the CPA was on my account, they hung up...LOL
So I decided to have some fun and kept calling back. Told them sheriff would be at their door in half hour. Also told them to quit be lazy and get a real job. Apparently there are at least 3 or 4 of them...by the 5th pickup all they said was HELLO...they were no longer the IRS
WOW...someone has got to stop these low life freaks...before they take advantage of some unsuspecting elderly folks

If someone calls saying he's an IRS agent and demands that you send money immediately, hang up.
It's a phone scam.In fact, it tops the IRS "Dirty Dozen" list of tax scams this year, and it's been surging in recent months, the agency said Thursday.
The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA), which oversees the IRS, has received reports of 290,000 scam calls since October 2013 and said nearly 3,000 victims have been swindled out of $14 million so far.
By altering their caller ID number to make it look like they're calling from an IRS office, these scammers often threaten vulnerable people like the elderly and new immigrants with things like arrest, deportation or the loss of their driver's license if they don't pay immediately for money purportedly owed.
Often leaving messages that say it's "urgent" you call them back, the scammers use common names and sometimes say they are from the IRS Criminal Division. They may even claim to know the last four digits of your Social Security number and send follow-up emails that appear to be from the IRS, TIGTA said.
They often demand that payments be made by prepaid debit card.
Once they make their threats, the scammers have been known to call back and again disguise their caller ID so it appears they are calling from the police department or the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
Or sometimes when they call, they may say you have a refund due and ask you to provide personal information so you can claim it.
The real IRS will usually contact you by regular mail first, if it needs to contact you at all. And the agency never demands immediate payment by phone or asks for credit card or debit numbers if they do call. It also never asks for personal or financial information by email, text or social media.

I got a recorded call from 415-799-8333 telling me that there is an IRS fraud claim against me. I called back and a guy with an Indian accent picked up. I gave him my name and he explained that there was an IRS fraud claim against me and asked if I knew anything about it. I told him I didn't and it's odd because I actually work at the IRS. He said, 'You work at the IRS?!', chuckled, and said, 'Thank you and goodbye'. He hung up, but not before I shouted out a few expletives.
I got a very threatening call yesterday from Nicky Johnson and was further threatened by an Indian who called himself David Cooper today. Have reported them to the local FBI, the Federal Trade Commission and the Treasury Inspector General this morning. Do not give any personal information!
