Got the same call they had my old address before I thought scam I gave my new address..I asked to
speak to some one who spoke English they hung up

Unlawful alligators.   Predatory.   Like any IRS agent would ever end a conversation with the words "take care" or "God bless" or some other such phrase.

It's a computer voice. Like maybe someone did a word translation and put it into English and then an autodialer. Really annoying, because it's got my cell phone number.

BTW they called me twice in one day about 4 hours apart. Started today, August 5.

This scam is a continuation of the calls supposedly from the IRS, this time with an American woman's accent instead of the foreign accent they used to have! The IRS never calls.
