Rachel is public enemy number ONE! Continue to report them to the FCC. They continue to call me even though they have been supposedly "shut down". I received a call from this number on 11/19/2012.
Rachel from Card Services again.
I had some time on my hands so I used my notes to give the telemarketer the 800 customer service number at a bank where I have no account. I gave my name and call back number for the Florida Attorney General. The sixteen digit Visa number from my table of random numbers. For those who don't have all that ready, you could always use the good, old "Please hold on a second while I go get my card."
keeps calling wants to lower my interest rate - yeah right. have blocked this caller but they keep changing numbers. The only thing that shows in caller id is the the number. It is some kind of Robo call. They call at least 5-6 times a week.
Immediate disconnect - 415 825 6626 - I do notice that 'is this a live line' test calls from most 'credit card, tax assistance, bank notice' etc. scam calls are preceded by tests to see if someone picks up the robo dial.
