Rachel is public enemy number ONE! Continue to report them to the FCC. They continue to call me even though they have been supposedly "shut down". I received a call from this number on 11/19/2012.

THEIR DAY WILL COME AND WE WILL REJOICE

... like they can't just make up random numbers themselves?  Really?

They create confusion to escape punishment but once they get focused upon they will pay for their bad deeds.

This particular scammer called me again. They call every week or so from a different number.

Why would I be stupid enough to do business with a company that is violating the law? Why would I trust them?

This is the 31st different phone number that Account Services has called me from this year.   I have
reported all of them to the FTC (federal no call list) and they have done absolutely nothing.  These federal
agencies are a joke and our president delights in creating more of them.  
I plan to keep reporting them to see if I can get up to 100 phone numbers reported at which time I'll send the data to my senators and congressman.
