Rachel is public enemy number ONE! Continue to report them to the FCC. They continue to call me even though they have been supposedly "shut down". I received a call from this number on 11/19/2012.
I believe if you call a Sherri Ambrosia in Rockford Illinois and ask her to give you her brother Chris' telephone number in Mesa Arizona, she may get fed up enough being bothered (like we are by Rachael and Ann) and perhaps will be kind enough to pass it along.
I just get another call from them 5 minutes ago and this time the number is showing it is from California? 415-825-6626. I've reported them 30 or more times...have called them back and asked to be put on no call back...(all they do is hang up on me when I do that). Rachel from CardMember Services.....
OMG...I just got off the phone with these people RUDE RUDE RUDE! I asked nicely to talk to a manager. They came back said he didn't want to talk to me. I said Excuse me? He doesn't want to talk to you. I say you know..I have hit the number 3 option to be removed several times, I have talked personally to several people and I can't seem to get my name removed. I run a day care business and everytime the phone rings it wakes up my kids...THeir response... "Well I guess this will give you the opportunity to DO YOUR JOB if the kids are awake WON"T IT? I then asked for the name of the company and they hung up. UNBELIEVABLE!
I just got a second call from these people. I pressed 1 to talk to them so I could curse them out...and SHE hung up. My house is paid for and I have NO credit cards, plus I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST! So they need not call!
this is the 3rd different # but the same recorded message, some Rachel wanting to lower my interest rate. If I do get an actual person they are rude and hang up on me when I ask them to stop the calls. I have reported them to the BBB and that has doen nothing to stop the calls either. I am so sick of the harassment and I feel as if there is nothing I can do to stop the calls. They are relentless.
