IRS does not file lawsuits. Tax disputes are civil matters. 90% of all IRS tax disputes are settled administratively. IRS has absolutely no authority to call on local law enforcement for anything. Local law is never involved in IRS tax disputes. If LE is necessary, US Marshals do the job. IRS does not cold call anyone and ask for money. All contacts by the IRS are initiated by US mail.

A robo call stating that you have to contact them immediately to take care of this matter with Julie smith. Call those crooks to get what sounds like a India call center. I just laugh and hung up.
IRS scam. Julie Smith stating she was a IRS officer. They needed an urgent call because it was time sensitive. Also same recording called on phone 5854447142. I am on No Call List. Do not want these calls. Please remove these numbers.
