Said same exact thing!!! David Murphy...SCAM! Said they were going to arrest me if i didn't pay. And my phone tapped! Ha Ha Ha! Joke is on u David Murphy!! His answering machine is 818-945-1953...maybe we just need to call him and harass him!! No more weight loss pills...didn't work anyway..was probably sheet rock dust! And bought these about 5 yrs ago. When I told them not to ever call me again over and over..I guess they use this scam to get you to pick up the phone!
Got this call for the last 3 days..said same thing..(David Murphy) . Played along and they tell u to send 3500 dollars at Federal Union. Even knew the closest one to me to give me address. And not to tell anyone till they got money. They wanted me to say 'transfer in minutes" and if they asked who this person is, to tell them....personal friend. It was suppose to go to...Yerison Mata...Dominican Republic. At first they just use messages to call back that he is DEA David Murphy and have ur name and say it is about a criminal investigation. Same story as yours...... First calls were on caller id as Washington DC. and then said they were in Los Angeles. Phone number to call back the so called David Murphy is 818-945-1953....answering machine picks up and says David Murphy's office. SCAM!!!!

I just got a message too, leaving the same ph number: 818-945-1953. He must be getting beaten down by no success...the message wasn't even threatening! But he wouldnt have much to threaten me with anyway...the only drugs I ordered by phone/online are thru CVS Caremark prescription coverage with my health ins!!
Got the same call from David Murphy the 818-945-1953. I have called this guy back around 200 times leaving him voicemails or acting as if I am an agent if he answers. He now has asked me to stop calling him but no way. I am calling day and night
