internet cross referencing has shown this is a scam company, soley looking for credit card numbers, socials and all the goods that can take over an identity... BEWARE!!
Prerecorded call from "Heather from account services" telling me that there's no problem with my credit card but that I can lower the interest rate to 6.9% ... press 1 for more information, etc.
The caller ID number is almost certainly spoofed so it's a waste of time to call it.
These people were running this scam a couple years ago with this exact message. It stopped but the cockroaches are at it again.
Pre-recorded message from a nice womans voice, no overseas accent. Indicates that nothing is wrong with my account but I can lower my interst rate to %6.9 if I press 1 and give my accout number.
