These idiots are "robo-calling" our phone numbers. They don't necessarily have YOUR phone number--they're just starting at the top of a list of consecutive numbers and calling them all. I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the number (only friends/relatives have it) and now, thanks to the others here who have had the same problem, I have BLOCKED these scammer's calls on my cellphone.
Exactly like what Jenny said above. Automated system of woman saying nothing's wrong with my account but it's my final notice about lowering my interest rate to 6.9%. Not sure why people believe these scams. No credit card company is going to offer to reduce your interest rate proactively.
