Called left no message.  Will use call block on phone to keep from getting more calls.  Thanks to all for the info.

Same thing happened to me!  He called about "offering me a lower rate on my card" and when I said I didn't have a card, he hung up!!!!

Thank you to you all! After reading this, I have no desire to to know who that was. Damn scammers.

I just received a call from this "San Francisco" number, too.  Left no vm.  Received at 12:17 p.m. e.s.t.  Funny how they seem to go in spurts--Mid-January, Late May, and now mid-July.  Thank goodness for this website.  Hope everyone looks here before calling the number back!

i'm po'd as i live in hawaii which is 3 hours behind the west coast. not only did these a**wipes wake me up at 6:30 in the morning, but they called my cell which is a number i rarely give out. where did they get it from is what i want to know. i tried calling back the number, but it just rang busy. i'm going to report them to the National Do Not Call Registry.
