I get this lady calling at least once a month using different numbers. She starts out by saying "oh, I'm sorry. My headset was not on correctly" and then starts her spiel.

I got the exact same message. After reading these posts, I've come to the following conclusion:
1. This is a robocall. I say that because of what others have said her [exact same script]. I told her to stop multiple times but she kept talking as if she didn't hear me [my "Emily" was trying to sell me a resort stay because I had "previously stayed" at one of their resorts].
2. The "headset" issue is intended to throw you off. It makes it seem like she's a real person. Why is that important? People are less inclined to hang up on a "real person" but have no problems doing it to a robo call.
