I get this lady calling at least once a month using different numbers. She starts out by saying "oh, I'm sorry. My headset was not on correctly" and then starts her spiel.
And she laughs like a hyena. I too hang up on her. There is always pause and then she explains she's fussing with something. I've blocked # but it changes..
