Received call originally from 716-821-0327, and when I told him I didn't know the person, he got real rude and said "I am an attorney!" I said I don't care who you are, don't call here anymore.", and hung up. He immediately called back from number 415-932-8905 and said "How dare you hang up on me!", so I hung up again.
One of my personal favorites is: "The person you are trying to reach is unavailable right now. Please leave a message at the sound of the click." Then hang up.
This # called me and said a they were trying to collect money. When i started to ask questions they threatend me with a lawsuit, revoked license, and a warrant for my arrest.
My daughter keeps getting calls from 415-932-8905, they said they are a law firm named Bishop, Bishop, Prompter, and Johnson, he said he was a lawyer and his name was Franklin Bishop IV. When I searched for lawyers in the entire state of CA, no one named Franklin Bishop, or Prompter was listed. I filed a complaint with the FTC, hope it helps, they said that the Sheriff would be at our house at 8 am to arrest her and they will suspend her driver's license. You can sue these people for these lies.
