I also got a message from Franklin Bishop today who said that there was a litigation against my husband for a bad check. The number he called from was 213-599-3783. I gave no info although he was trying to get some out of me--beware.
A guy called Franklin Bishop IV called from a restricted number today telling that if a did not paid an old debt he was going to get me arrested but that if I pay him $766.00 we could get an arrangement. when I told him that I was gonna get the money he calm down and argument was over. Enstead I went to the police station and file a report and they opened an investigation... He gave the following information Phone number: 1855-464-4057 ext. 316..... address; 150 Broad St. Suite 104 New York, Ny 14057... He claimed to be an lawyer at Benjamin, Wright & Associates... I google the "firm" website and that name didn't even existed... and the address result to be of a Check Cashing business in NY.....I hope this guy is catch and arrested since had cause us so many trouble...
IThis guy has been calling make threats to me and my family. WhenI called back he offered to send me no documentation on the debt I supposedly owed. I got three different phone numbers and nothing but cussing and grief. Im supppose to be picked up tomm, anyone ever beeen picked up or had a summons served on them.
I also received a call from someone who identified himself as Franklin Bishop IV. He told me he worked with the Assistant District Attorney's Office through a law firm known as Segall Bennett & Associates out of New York. Stated that there was going to be an arrest warrant issued for me for a class B felony if I did not pay $800 for an old debt back in 2010. I was skeptical of the call because it came from a restricted number so I decided to do some checking. What I found was there was no listing of the law firm he mentioned nor any listing other than this site for his name. He tried to get my credit card information too. I informed him I did not have any money to pay on the debt today. After reading all the posts regarding this person, I hope they arrest him too for harassment. Unbelievable!
Some fat aZZhole called from a call center today. Breathing heavy, call center noise in the background. He said he was Franklin Bishop the 3rd!!!, an attorney from law firm named Bishop, Bishop, Prompter, and Johnson. Call was from Buffalo, NY. No record of this law firm. No record of that name. Phone call was from 716-362-0381. He called again from 415-932-8905 trying to get more information about a person I do not know.
These scum bags are easy to track down... if they really get on your bad side.
