I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS GUY AS WELL AND WE GOT INTO A HEATED ARGUMENT. SAID HE WAS FRANK BISHOP AND THAT HE WAS A LAWYER. THREATENED TO HAVE ME ARRESTED ON AN OLD BILL AND WANTED FIFTY DOLLARS OFF MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. THE GUY DIDN'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT I WAS VERY ILL AND ON OXYGEN 24 HOURS A DAY. IS THERE ANYWAY WE CAN STOP THIS IDIOT. HE JUST DOESN'T GIVE A HOOT IF I AM ILL HE'D JUST AS SOON ARREST ME. PLEASE ADVISE AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IDIOT.
Even if th is guy states that I signed papers on line and stated that I have two criminal charges against me. He wanted money from my debit card. I am on oxygen 24 hours a day he told me I wasn't doing anything to help myself and that I used this excuse over 3 years ago and I can't use ti again and to hone up to my bills. The guy is a real jerk. I called a San Francisco law frim and they checked for me and the guy didn't exist. So we will see what happens. I say lets flood the internet with complaints against this guy. I am going to see who else in San Francisco I can call to find this guy gor me and if he exists.. Thank you for your information.
I called several San Francisco lawyer offices yesterday and they couldn't find him. First he says he's a lawyer then a claims investigator. I called for free legal help in that area last nite and they called me back this morning and wer very nice and they tried to find this guy and phone number with the information that I gave them and they couldn't him anywhere in the area he's calling from or in California.
This guy wanted my debit card information and I wouldn't give it to him saying if I had any money I need to turn it over to him. I talked to several lawyers and they said don't give him any information and as I said earlier to ask where he practices law and get his bar license number or any other information like that I can guarantee he won't give it to you. Probably will hang up. I am doing whatever I can to put a stop to this. Again you are right I was told by these lawyers and the police you can't be arresteed for any of these charges he is trying to scare you with. Lets get this guy behind bars.
