While I also find them annoying?? Each of you complaining at some point, went out there and looked for health insurance. You put your phone number out there...so that's why they are calling. Same thing happened to me. This is not unsolicited or in any way illegal..you gave them your telephone number. What I did do was say 'yes' to the recording that I wanted to speak to someone about health insurance (I looked for insurance LAST YEAR!!) when the employee came on the line, I made myself very clear that if they did not remove my number, I would file a complaint and they would be fined, since I now have asked them to stop calling. Haven't received a call since that day! However, the next best solution?? Simply don't answer the call!
Went on the Obama Care website to check into it for my daughter (i have health insurance through work) ever since then, MY GOD!!! Several different numbers calling 50 times a day. They don't leave a message, just repeatedly keep calling. If you happen to answer, they don't even ask if you need health insurance, they automatically start their spiel and you can't get a word in to tell them that you don't need their health insurance. It's ridicoulous!!!
Have been inundated with calls from supposed "health care providers" including United Health Care and Blue Cross. What is going on here? Thanks again, Mr. President.
I get calls from this number everyday at least 4 times and no one ever say anything. Then when I call the number back it say the Verizon wireless number you dialed is no longer in service. I am so tired of being harassed like this and not knowing who is using this number.
