Caller states if I or my attorney doesn't call back he has no choice but to wish me a happy life and law enforcement from my state will soon be at my door. Third call from this number, same message received from 202-600-4268.

I received 4 calls about a month ago I just took him off my answering machine. Today I received 2more all saying the same thing as you all did. Of course I didn't call back. But this dude is so annoying.
I also received two calls today. About a week ago, we received 2 other calls threatening us if we didn't contact the IRS. I'm so sick of people who take advantage of others.
I just received a voice mail that said exactly this: if I or my attorney doesn't call back he has no choice but to wish me a happy life and law enforcement from my state will soon be at my door. Pretty creepy.
