Who called from 4159927915

I get about 3-4 calls per week from 415-992-7915 as well as from a 514- number. They always call during the daytime when I am at work and never leave a message; I just see their numbers in my call display log. I know that this isn't any help for someone trying to track down the caller, but at least it lets other people know they are not alone.

Calls day and night.  Never leaves a message and I never pick up. I called the number back, it rang about 15 times then I gave up.

Okay, I got a call from this number today when I was home and I picked up the phone and . . . they hungup. Seriously. What the heck?
