I did a reverse look-up under businesses and nothing came up.
But under "residential" i got this information:

Perhaps some people who have been bothered by calls from this Toronto based number will
contact Bell Canada and complain..... at least we can ask that OUR numbers be removed.
recieved call from this number and it showed up on my phone as New York. Answered, person with very think accent, just kept repeating 'hello'. I hung up.
I spoke with the CIBC after the number 416-224-1484 started calling my cell phone every half hour. They advised that they do employ call services, but could not confirm if they hired VoxData or not. They provided me a number - 888-831-8818 - to request a number be removed from call out service. Not sure if it will help, but it's better than a beligerent caller every half hour!
Everyday, for the last 3 days this number; 416-224-1484 calls my cell, the one time I answered, they said they wre from CIBC, bla, bla. Smells like a scam... (Don't have account there)
They are calling LD to the 604 area code.
These calls are a nuisance and potentially co$t money.
