If you do not remove us from your customer survey satisfaction, we will terminate out accounts with CIBC in Brechin, Ontario. Please be advised that you must cease and desist calling 705-484-1301.
If you wish to discuss this issue with us,..please feel free to call as a concerned banking rep. and not a survey rep.
One-two times a day for the past 2 weeks I've been getting a call, and when I answer no one speaks. If I let it go through to voicemail, no message is left. How do I get them to stop????!!!!!
OK, it looks like a lot of us receiving these calls have these two things in common:
1. No one actually lives in the (416) area code - looks like we are in BC or Alberta
2. They are calling cells more than home/land line numbers.
Am I correct here? This is very odd.
I tried that 1-877-269-3282 number for Vox Data, but it says I can't call that toll free number from my location. Anyone have another number to try?
I just called CIBC customer service at 1-800-465-2422 (I am a CIBC customer). The rep confirmed with her manager they have hired Vox Data for marketing, but the manager was not aware of any complaints against them. I asked to have my phone number removed from any marketing, which she said may take up to 3 months!!
PLEASE - if everyone starts calling CIBC to complain, perhaps CIBC will realize they hired Vox Data to harass and annoy their customers and force those customers elsewhere!!!
I never answer this number because I don't recognize it and they never leave a message. I called the number back today and it says it is from VoxData and it's a courtesy call.
