The same people called me... wanting to know if I wanted my air ducts cleaned... every friggen day!!!
I finally booked an appointment after two months of harassing calls... but I asked them for their phone number in case I had to cancel.
Their real number is 416 907-0453... and get this... that number belongs to a telecommunications company that has all sorts of numbers at their disposal! But don't call them back or try to block your call... they can see who you are because they have all sorts of benefits of being a telecommunications company.
Call the CRTC and lodge a complaint against them... their business name for their real phone number is Carrier Group Telecom - 416 907-0453
We are tired of getting calls from Indian accented people using names like Mike, Chris John etc.
I have asked nicely not to call me anymore but I get the calls at least 2 times a week, for many years.
They say "Air Duct Cleaning Services". We're in Mississauga, but they could be calling anywhere.
I hate the tone of the voice that he doesn't stop until I hang up. We feel invaded and stalked by this caller.
The last couple of weeks I swore and told them to stop it. I told them we're on a no call list. He just went on with what their service does. I could only hang up.
I wish I can file a complaint and something can be done to stop this. Don't know what to do.

There is really nothing the CRTC or RCMP or anyone can do, if they are in India, Kenya and or Pakistan and using scrambled IP phones, nothing can be done. They will never be traced, you think you got them and they just used another person's identity to hide who they really are.
Screen your calls. I think this is just a telemarketing training company. They want you to get mad so they can train their staff. Just hang up.

Finally, they got hold of my husband and he booked an appointment with them (as they told him they spoke to me before). They showed up almost 3 hours before scheduled appointment. 2 Indian guys asked me to show them my basement. I took them down to the basement, but I they were acting a bid wired. Then I looked outsite - they came on little white mini-van, that doesn't look like professional ducts cleaning. Odd. I told them I changed my mind and sent them out of my house.
They were outsite for another 30min, then they left. They called me 2 times after that, asking what happened and trying to re-schedule another appointment.
So, they are in Toronto, not in India, Kenya and or Pakistan.
Thank you Elena, can you post anything about them, their phone number, their business address anything? We need to get their plate number and give it to the cops. The staff sergeant at one of the police stations I called said he gets the calls all the time, they do not care that he is a cop, they never want to sell him anything. They just hang up. Our story is the same, when my wife speaks to them they talk, me ...they hang up. Could they just be casing houses to break into them? Do they have buddies in Pakistan or India that are making the calls for them? Read some of the other threads, they threaten people, speak to women and kids in a sexual manner, these guys are dangerous, you took a big risk having them go in your house, if they were refusing to stop calling you before, I would have had the cops waiting for them at your door.
