Getting these calls out in Sask. I called back and the number is 'out of service'. Check with your phone company. Here we have a call trace feature *57 which notifies the telco security department. After 5 traces on a particular number, they can take action.

This number I believe is associated with net user www.vibesconnect.com/adams_tooney. He is a looser extrodinaire. email him at , [email protected] or [email protected] .  Lives in Toronto I think, possibly associated with a Sudbury address I am researching.(if it pans out will post it all here) Here is the scoop on the number though.. Also Adams is invovlved in Cheque scams that appear to come from overseas, worst cheques we have ever seen. Look like a kindergarden kid with crayons made them.

Thanks for the info.  Called Toronto Sun to have my name removed - say you're interested in a subscription, and they'll be happy to transfer you to an agent.  I told them I was recording their conversation for "quality assurance"  and threatened legal action if I hear from them again.  I asked my number be removed from their calling list, and their master list.  Let's see if this works!  Thanks for the research.  Switchboard: (416) 947-2222.  If this doesn't work, then "consumers unite".  Don't buy the Sun, we'll call them constantly, overwhelm their switchboard and shut them down!

This number has called many times.... never anyone there~  finally came here  and voila!  Soemone should write the Star about this - they woudl have a ball with the Sun sales technique!
