I received this call....I asked for the company name and this said Visa/MasterCard. I know that was B.S. I then asked for the company name and the rep hung up on me.

This guy just called saying he was from Windows and my computer was infected or something. I know this is a scam and I screamed at him, telling him he was a fraud and I was reporting it. They did the same thing to my sister last month.

This number belongs to Google Voice/Google Hangouts.

Source: I called my own phone number using Google Hangouts in browser and this is the number that showed up in call display.

Doesn't surprise me that spammers/scammers/air duct cleaning services are using this phone number to call people.

But it doesn't make sense to block this number if there's a chance anyone will legitimately try to reach you using Google Voice.

This number has been calling me at the same time for the second day, and when I pick up to say hello, they hang up.  I did a search and noticed many people have complained hence taking the time to add my comment too.  Hopefully this can stop.
