This company has been calling my office at least 3 to 4 times a day, they are rude and want to speak to the boss, what they don't realize is that they are talking to mechanics and that I am the boss, they try to sell stuff to the mechanics only to end up getting hung up on. This is very inappropriate behavior on their part, Mr Szenes, pull up your socks and fire these people, being in business means taking the bull the by the horns and owning up to your lack of judgements on who you hire. Why is it that you don't know who is on their call lists, why do you not make a complimentary call to some of us, and do a follow up on who they are calling. While my mechanics are talking to your group of idiots, I am losing valuable shop time, you are pulling my company down. First on your list of employees to get rid of is Tasha, an extremely rude lady who will not take no for an answer, I like others am considering filing harassment charges on behalf of my company.
Just received a call from an individual identifying himself as "Jimmy Kilpatrick" (sound familiar to anyone?). This is actually the second time we've been called by him in the last 3-4 months, promoting various client products for the Christmas season. If I'd remembered the number was his, I wouldn't have picked up.
Anyway, I deal with all of the marketing in our office; although I of course have to discuss it with my boss, all orders and initial contact are through me.
So I pick up the phone (this was about 15 minutes ago) and it's "Jimmy". He starts going on about a type of heated mug "ideal for clients" -- last time it was a Christmas card CD -- and after listening to his little spiel for a few minutes I tell him I will first need to discuss it further with my boss to get approval on it.
It's at this point that he gets belligerant, saying he doesn't understand why he's talking to me in the first place as I don't make the final decision. He ends the call with "You know, this is really starting to piss me off. That's it, I've had it. I'm cutting you guys off. Go **** yourself," and promptly hangs up.
Not very professional or customer-friendly, if you ask me. Just how do I get in touch with the company to file a complaint against this individual for his rude behaviour?
just got a call from this number, the guy was so rude, would not give me his name, hung up. i called the synergy company at 877-748-9884, they waon't take complaints unless you e-mail them! great they have my phone number and i'm going to give them my e-mail address, no way.
