The area code 416 is not a US area code -- it is restricted to the City of Toronto (Greater Toronto uses 905), which is the largest city in the Province of Ontario.
I too just got a call - asked for the owner by first name, i said not in right now and the chap hung up, - rude yes - calls again i will give him a piece of my mind. And they should be reported for their poor telemarketing "sales" techniques, which can readily be done. To the president "CEO" of this ramshackle company, any bad comments reflects your company as a whole and this should be looked into and fixed. I don't know where you learned your customer service practices but they should be checked and revised and or you as a "leader" (term used loosely) should take a course in public relations, for your knowledge and the knowledge of your company are quite limited on this matter.
Although your office never contacted me, I've taken interest in what others have written. What I would like to know is how you claim to have validated the IP addresses of posters? On the surface, I'm not seeing any IP addresses listed. Regardless, assuming that you're correct, who's to say that the data isn't imputed on one 800Notes server and then forwarded to another for publishing? Depending on the Network configuration, that could explain why all the posts are reporting the same IP address. A topic perhaps to ask your IT people to educate you on.
HI I just want to say I LIKE THIS COMPANY ..I have gotten some very nice promotional stuff and had no problem with the sales staff ..I guess theres good and bad in everything. And as unfortunate as it is all companies have to make cold calls at some point !!
