whatever you do, DO NOT use services from this "company" with this phone number. He claims that he can do all renovations, but instead will turn your house into a hazardous area. All work he touched had to be re-done by a professional.
He also calls his company the same name of a very good reputable renovation company called "The Renovators"...they are NOT the same company. He's a crook!
I also used this company, he did a horrible job to my bathroom, refuses to finish the job, i have a hole on my bathroom ceiling. he requested payment in advance, i thought i could trust him and gave it to him .... he wont give his adress... would love to take him to court. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON.. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
V. Nunes, the person who recommended "Terry Bailey" to me ended up calling me to apologize for the terrible job Terry did on my place. He also ended up giving my tel # to another poor soul Terry robbed and this person ended up calling me. She was going to take Terry to court.
May i ask what "company name" Terry was calling his company when he did the job for you? Also, how recent was it?? I see your post is dated November 26. When did he do that Bathroom for you?
Unfortunately, i won't waste my time taking him to court, as the court system is a joke. You may win your case (the chances are you will) but Terry can run, and can never pay you. You however have lawyers fees etc etc. I instead am posting anywhere i can about Terry Bailey and his company name "The Renovators" if he in fact is still going by that name.
By the way, Terry Bailey has a complaint on the BBB website, check it out. He has an address there, but apparantly the guy who recommended Terry to me told me that this address is a lie!
I am in the process of taking him to court, the problem is he gives out a phony address. Terry Bailey, has a few companies they are: "The Renovators" "Handy Andy Handyman "The Biz Doctor" check it out its a joke.

The car that he drives with his company posted on it is under his wifes name so MTO cannot release address. My court proceedings are on hold until i get an address for him Terry Bailey claims his address is on Lakeshore (NOT).
Oh my goodness!!!!! yes, i can imagine that getting any justice for what he's done is almost impossible.
I have a few suggestions, but do not want to specify over this string of email...just in case "the crook" happens to come across this site if he googles anything. There IS something you can try (the person who recommended Terry to me said he was going to try this with another customer Terry robbed - of course, this person felt very bad that his name was attached to this crook, so i guess is trying anything he can to help people that Terry scammed). If there is an email address i can correspond with you that would be great.
