I don't know why all these complaints are here. I hired Terry to do a job for me. He presented himself very professional and is really nice guy. I had a bathroom renovated. Told him what I wanted and he went out of his way to accommodate me and work within my budget. He knows what he is doing and finished the job on budget and on time. He even took the time to throw a few extras in and make a few adjustments which look amazing. Any complaints I had he took care of right away. Maybe all you people who are complaining do not realize that all renovations run into problems but most contractors will hide the problems from you so you never hear about them. That's the difference with Terry. If he sees a problem he brings it up and figures a way to fix it instead of hiding it like most others would. I did a search before I hired him and came across this site. I decided to to hire him anyway. I went with my guy and I am glad I did. I have had other contractors before and they were the true nightmare. Never showing up leaving and leaving work unfinished.

I received work from this man. He was professional and honest. He did exactly what he explained to me in his estimate. Whomever the complaints from above are, I don't understand. His price was fair, not the lowest, but work was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

This note must be from Terry himself as he is nothing but a scam artist.

Terry Bailey is now scamming customers through a new company. A legit company.
The company has no knowledge of his background. He was trying add a renovation/ rebuild division to the company. It was a complete disaster.
Now he rips off contractors as well as the customers.
He can be served court subpoenas here at his work.

Terry Bailey also cross dresses as a Brunette. Yes he is gay ( not that there is anything wrong with that).
He has stated that he gets paid a lot of money to dress like that.
I have seen it with my own eyes and heard it with my own ears.
Maybe that's why he has no time to finish any of the renovations.
