I've blocked it as well but the incoming call is registering as +.00.416.788.4288 which the call block doesn't recognize as blocked. At least that's what it seems is happening.

Heres an interesting concept. If you don't know the caller don't answer it. Yes it's annoying but learn to ignore them.
