Who called from 4167884288

Caller tried to disguise their phone number as a foreign number 0114167884288. This number does not match any phone number from outside the country.

When I did not pick up on their first try, they called back again.

Do they actually call from Toronto (area code 416)??
They used to be from the US and no doubt they still are.
Why can't Rogers, Bell, Telus etc block these numbers once reported??

two days in a row...f u and your "low interest rates". Call goes right to the fax tone but of course the robocaller isn't listening.
