Exactly right!  With all the excellent information posted here, we, the consumer, become more powerful!

I notice your avatar shows up on a regular basis with good information as well.  There are so many informed contributors to this board!

You know, you just open a can full of worms doing this. Using spoofed numbers can end up being yours and you on the end of angry calls from people who believe they are getting even with the person who is calling them along with various other way's and tactics. Its simply not safe or recommended. There has been reports of being swatted as well!

Secondly, bashing a whole country for what the criminal element is doing? Oh pah-leeze! There are just as many criminals here in the US of all colors doing the same things! The racism post is most certainly not welcome here! You can keep that part to yourself and off this forum! If you don't like it, too bad! Its a violation of the TOS here.

And last, but not least, while these calls in majority may be coming from India and Pakistan, there are no angels here and some have been busted here already for this same scam! Even Microsoft has went after them, foreign and domestic

I would be interested in looking at your source for "Hindu - A member of the native Aryan race of India", as I find nothing that links Hindu to anything other than religion.

According to Webster's Dictionary, Hindu is as I described above:  1.  A member of the native Aryan race of India.  2.  Any native of India who professes Hinduism - of or pertaining to the people or religion of India.

Hinduism is defined as the popular religion  of India, consisting of the ancient religion of the Brahmans, and so on and so on.

Perhaps my dictionary is outdated.
