The area code is for Missouri but this is probably a fke number that these people like to use.
The very same message with the same damn voice has come from no less than 3 other numbers in the last 6 months. There appears to be no way to get these people to stop. It's kind of hard to getto the phone while I'm going thru a home infusion to answer the phone for this [***]. I wish one of these gutless wonders would stay on the phone so that I could politely ask them to please stop calling me......
The call starts out saying that this is about my account, which is a misrepresentation. I pressed a button to speak to someone, and whoever answered hung up on me instantly when I said anything other than immediately answering their initial prying/information gathering/invasive question about my finances (i.e., I was not allowed to ask the name of their company - I did so and they hung up, and I tried more than once as they keep calling). People, if you want to lower your interest rates or consolidate debt, there are many well respected companies/banks with transparent/professional business practices who will be happy to help you. Never do financial business with a telemarketer (especially once which will not even tell you their company name, and trains employees to hang up on consumers who ask typical questions).
