don't press any number
Pressing "3" or any other number to 'be removed from their list' only verifies that yours is a working phone number and the calls will increase.

Since these people are playing a numbers game - they make thousands of robo-calls each day hoping for a small percentage of people without a clue as to the nefarious nature of the operation to bite.  I have found that the best way to reduce your blood pressure and make this as much fun as possible is to always punch the number for a live operator.  When they answer, I usually ask to speak to Rachel because she sounds hot.  Or I ask if I can borrow money.  Or I ask if they can issue me a new credit card because noboby else will, etc.  Whatever it takes to waste their time.  Sometimes I just punch the number and set the phone down or put it on hold.

This will not end the calls, but neither does anything else.  I have reported to the FCC and state AG many times.  It does nothing.  However, using up some of their time is at least a small payback and may prevent them from agitating another person that day.

Smile - it's all a game.

Card services Fraud
The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

Note: Insight Services is affiliated with Delta Outsource Group.
