This guy from Wyndham just called and asked for me. As I stood next to my wife he told her that I have stayed at thier San Diego location several times and why she was not with me? This has really got me P@#$%D OFF. When I try to call the number back (caller ID) I get no answer. I still can't figure out how they got my home phone number and my name since I am unlisted
Been getting calls out of the clear blue all of a sudden; since I did not recognize the area code, I left the call go to voicemail, but they would not leave a message.
When I finally call, a lady announced "Wyndham Vacations". I asked them not to call because I have been on the No Call list for some time now. She read off my last name and cell number, and said that they would remove my number from THEIR list. ????? Don't these companies check the National Registry before adding to their list?
417-877-2604 keeps calling and if you don't answer they keep calling. I answer once and they told me they were Wyndham vacation and wanted to know if i want to go on vacation, i told them to stop calling and asked how they got my number and stated that i gave it out to them.
Called home phone. Wanted to give me a free vacation anywhere. Told them not interested, and salesman was very pushy. Hung up and next time, the air horn!!
I listed a car on auto trader and all of a sudden I have been getting swamped with telemarketing calls on my cell phone when I have never received them before on this phone. My strategy is simple, when someone calls me trying to sell me something, especially time shares, I tell them "their call came at a great time, I just finished my second bankruptcy hearing in three years and that my wife has garnished my paychecks leaving me so very little to buy food and rent - then I tell them, I would absolutely LOVE a free vacation!" they seem to not be very interested to talk to me after that, I am hoping the word spreads to the other "bottom feeders" and the calls stop
