This guy from Wyndham just called and asked for me. As I stood next to my wife he told her that I have stayed at thier San Diego location several times and why she was not with me? This has really got me P@#$%D OFF. When I try to call the number back (caller ID) I get no answer. I still can't figure out how they got my home phone number and my name since I am unlisted
I received a call today from them and the sales guy was very pushy. Told me if i didn't make a choice now about the discount i couldn't take advantage. I told him i take more vacations then he could imagine. once a month to be exact. Tried to give me a "deal" said he would take 50 off my package. I told him i would be interested if he would contact me at a better time (was at work) goes on to say i should take advantage now because he was "hookin me up" told him forget the whole thing because i'm in sales and don't like to be pressured. Got a call after 6 pm. The guy asked for a Brett and when I told him he got the wrong number he said, "Oh, its okay. Since I have you on line would you care to purchase a vacation package?" I said "no thank" three times and he kept going on. Finally, I said loudly and slow and clearly No Thank You and hung up.

The Wyndham people called us this morning. I don't see why all you people say they are so pushy. My husband had talked to one of the sales women, and he actually joked around with her for a while, when they got to the point of asking us to buy one, he told them we couldn't afford it right now, and she was very polite. She said it was fine, and to have a great day.
If you people actually took the time to realize telemarketers are people who ARE just doing their jobs, you might try to be a little more polite next time. I'm a waitress and I get [***] from people all the time, so I know how it is... Next time actually try to talk or even joke around with these people and you might have a better day. I hope we made her day, because she was a very nice girl.
