This was the classic "I'm calling from Windows because there's something wrong with your computer" scam. I ignored the first two calls, but decided to take the third one. The woman had a very heavy asian accent, but said that she was based in Atlanta (far from the 417 area code). I asked her a lot of questions as I slowly let her "help". I think that it was taking too long so she hung up. [NEVER, NEVER, NEVER actually allow them to connect to your computer or go to any site they recommend.]
