Keep receiving this call between midnight and 2 am...talking disgusting suggestions left on my voice mail and when he's talking to me but I can barely make out what he's saying when I answer.
Suggest you file a report with the local PD, call your phone service provider and file a complaint with them. If need be they can put a tracer on the phone and go after this guy..
Otherwise, you can buy a call blocker, device or phone, and block the number!
I have received several calls from this number and I want them to stop. I don't know anyone in jail and it sounds like someone is trying to make a collect call to me.
