I work there and we are not allowed to be rude or will be fired. Most of us want to make bonus so we can pay our own debt. So I know it is frustrating when we owe people money and don not want to pay it but we have to. So just pay your bills and you will not get debt collecting calls which are legal my dear.

They may violate the Fair Debt Collectiosn Practices Act, or the Right to Privacy Act in their attempts to find the caller. The Federal Trade Commission handles such consumer complaints.
